Facility
Our brand new office is now open!
We are proud to provide a state-of-the-art facility for high quality dental care in the Suntree/Viera area. It is one of our top priorities to protect the well-being of our valued patients. For this reason, our office meets and surpasses all OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and CDC (Center for Disease Control) standards. We are confident that you will feel right at home in our office, as we welcome all patients as if they were family.
Appointments
Holly, our office manager, will be happy to appoint you for your new patient examination. Her direct number is 255-4644.
Finances
For patients with dental insurance, it will be our pleasure to help you maximize your insurance benefit. At the time of service, your fee is collected in the operatory where your treament is given. We then provide you with everything you need to submit your claim, even down to the envelope and stamp. Your insurance carrier will reimburse you according to your contract.
If rendering fees at the time of service presents a financial hardship, we will gladly file your claim for you, and accept fees directly from your insurance provider. When the insurance benefit comes to our office, we simply bill your credit card for any unpaid amount. Forms granting permission to bill your credit card are available in the office and must be completed to allow us to provide you this service.
Zero percent financing is available through Capital One's Dental Fee Plan.
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours' notice. We ask for this advance notice so we can offer the appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged for missed appointments without sufficient notice.
