Carleen was born on the beautiful island of Jamaica, West Indies. She and her family emigrated to New York City in 1988, where Carleen joined a very successful dental practice. She worked in Manhattan for 12 years, before she, her husband and their two daughters decided to move to Florida to enjoy weather more like sunny Jamaica!

Carleen has been an extremely dedicated and skilled chairside assistant for Dr. Grover since 2002. "Dr. Grover is a great dentist, who has great, family values," she says. "Working side by side with him, I see that he is very honest to his patients about the type of treatment that is needed. He gives them options, but at the same time, tells them what he would do if they were a family member."
